Itinerary:

Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli :

Arrive JKIA, you will be met by our representative and briefed on your safari. Depart Nairobi and drive south to Amboseli National Park. Lunch at the camp. Afternoon game viewing with the immense grandeur of Mt Kilimanjaro in the background. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

Day 2: Amboseli - Tsavo East:

Early breakfast. Proceed for an extended morning game drive. Arid looking as Amboseli has historically supported both game and the Masai that kept their herds of cattle here. It is thanks to the waters that run off Africa's greatest mountain that the apparently dry Amboseli, Kenya's first game sanctuary is able to support its wildlife. Mount Kilimanjaro broods high over Amboseli. The mountain now provides water for the park, wonderful views and, of course, the most glorious background for animal photography. You have an option to visit the Masai Village (extra cost). Lunch at the camp. Depart for Tsavo East to arrive in the evening. Game drive enroute time allowing. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

Day 3 & 4: Tsavo East:

Early breakfast. Depart with picnic lunch for a full day game drive. Tsavo East is Kenya’s largest game sanctuary famed for its huge herds of elephants. It is also home to lion, rhino, giraffe and zebra as well as a variety of other smaller game. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/Camp.

Day 5: Tsavo East - Lake Naivasha:

Early breakfast. Depart for Naivasha via Nairobi. Lunch will be enroute. Arrive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

Day 6: Naivasha - Hell's Gate National Park:

Breakfast at the Camp/lodge. Depart with picnic lunch for Hell’s Gate National Park There are many activities you can do within Hell’s Gate including, walking, cycling, rock climbing, bird watching and trekking through the gorge amongst the geysers – the choice is yours. There is also a hot water swimming pool within the park that acts as a spa. Enjoy a swim in the pool and see how your skin is cleansed. Lake Naivasha lies among extinct volcanoes on the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Later in the afternoon you can opt for a boat ride to view the hippos. This is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus is almost 13km's across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five meters. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. You can also visit to crescent Island at an extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Day 7: Naivasha - Lake Nakuru:

Breakfast at the camp. Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Picnic lunch in the park. Full day game drive. Lake Nakuru has best been known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores. Also of interest is an area of 188 km around the lake fenced off as a sanctuary to protect Rothschild giraffes and black rhinos. The park now has more than 25 rhinos, one of the largest concentrations in the country, so the chances of spotting these survivors are good. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 8: Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara:

Early breakfast. Depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon proceed for a game drive in this world famous game reserve. At dusk return to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Day 9 - 11: Maasai Mara:

Full day game viewing whereby you leave the camp/lodge after breakfast with picnic lunch. As well as wildlife, the Masai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Masai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park - Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day . Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Day 12: Maasai Mara - Nairobi:

Early breakfast at the camp/lodge.  Proceed for a morning game drive. Return to the camp for lunch. Depart for Nairobi. A stop is provided at Narok Town the Masai city where you can buy handicrafts and souvenirs. Arrive Nairobi late afternoon. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 13: Depature:

Breakfast at the hotel (packed breakfast if flight is early). Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
